Hello from the After School Program team!

 

We are excited to welcome your child(ren) to a vibrant and engaging environment where fun and learning come together! The After School Program at Saint Peter School is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching experience for your child after the school day ends.

Our program offers a variety of activities in a warm, home-like atmosphere, including:

  • Imaginative play that sparks creativity
  • Games and sports to encourage teamwork and fun
  • Arts and crafts to unleash artistic expression
  • Outdoor recess (weather permitting) or indoor gym time for exercise
  • Ample time for homework with support from our staff

 

Every day, your child will enjoy a nutritious snack thoughtfully planned by Chef Doug, providing the perfect fuel for a fun-filled afternoon.

 

Program Details:

The After School Program runs daily from dismissal to 5:30 p.m. on regular school days. Please note that the program is not available on early dismissal days or if school is canceled due to weather or other factors.

 

Enrollment & Flexibility:

  • The After School Program is available to all St. Peter School students.
  • No registration fee is required to access the After School Program.
  • You can sign up your child(ren) for any day(s) of the week that work best for your family. However, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance of the days your child will attend, so we can plan for staffing, supplies, and activities.
  • An After School Enrollment Form will be sent out in August to allow for easy sign-up prior to the start of the school year.

 

Billing:
Tuition payments are processed through FACTS and are due monthly. You will receive a bill before the start of each month, with the exception of September, which is an “open/flexible enrollment” month. For subsequent months, we will assume your child will follow the same attendance pattern unless you inform us of any changes by the 15th of the previous month. This allows us to plan resources and staffing effectively to ensure your child has the best possible experience.

 

Attendance Changes: If you need to change your child’s attendance schedule, please keep in mind that more than two changes per year or same-month changes will incur a $40 processing fee. However, if you need to add an extra day, don’t worry! Simply call the Main Office or email your child’s homeroom teacher(s) and Mr. Brendan J. O'Connor at [email protected]. We’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests!

 

2025-2026 Tuition Rates:

  • $40/day for prepaid, advance enrollment
  • $45/day for same-day enrollment (for days not pre-scheduled)

 

Sibling Discount:
We are excited to offer a $5 sibling discount if siblings attend the After School Program on the same day. The first sibling pays the full price, and any additional siblings will receive the discount, available for both prepaid and same-day enrollments.  Please note that siblings also need to be St. Peter School students.

 

Late Pick-Up Fee:
Please note that the program ends promptly at 5:30 p.m. If you are unable to pick up your child on time, the following late pick-up fees will apply:

  • First incident: $25
  • Second incident: $50
  • Subsequent incidents: $100 per student

These fees help ensure our teachers can return to their families on time.
