At St. Peter School, we believe the arts play a vital role in a well-rounded education. Our arts program fosters creativity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for artistic expression. Each week, students take part in dedicated art and music classes that introduce them to a variety of techniques, styles, and cultural traditions. From painting and drawing to rhythm and vocal work, these classes provide students with foundational skills and a joyful space to explore their talents.

Outside of the classroom, students have access to a range of enriching extracurricular opportunities. Our after-school art clubs offer focused, hands-on experiences—including a ceramics program that features wheel throwing and advanced techniques. Each spring, our Annual Art Fair showcases student work from all grade levels, turning our hallways into a gallery of imagination and creativity.

In Music, all students  participate in the Christmas Pageant, a beloved community favorite that combines storytelling, performance, and teamwork.  Music continues beyond the school day as well. Students may join the school choir, orchestra and we also offer after-school private lessons in piano and string instruments for students interested in developing their musical abilities even further.

Whether in the classroom, on the stage, or at the pottery wheel, the arts at St. Peter School inspire students to create, perform, and grow.
