Ways to Participate
Can you help? There are many ways in which you can support the Auction:
~ Donate Live or Silent auction items.
~ Volunteer your time.
~ Purchase an Ad in the program book
~ Donate Underwriting funds to offset our costs
There is truly something that everyone can do to help.
Donate an Auction item: Families and their employers or businesses often have associations that can provide the Auction with items that would not otherwise be available such as box seats at sporting events, concert tickets, celebrity autographed sports memorabilia, and golf packages. In addition, items like gift certificates from area restaurants and merchants, movie gift cards, and local theater tickets are always welcome. Donating a fall weekend at you vacation home is a much sought after item. The options are endless!
Volunteer for the Auction: Come to the Saint Peter Auction Headquarters located in the Faculty Room to stuff envelopes, gather donations, or create auction baskets and, we always need volunteers on auction night. Everyone is welcome!
Purchase an Ad in the Program Book: Advertise your business, say farewell to an eighth grader, send greetings from your son or daughter, place an ad in memory of a loved one. There are several ad sizes to choose from including full page, half page, and quarter page/business card size. Our copy deadline is January 25th,2012. Please send all ads in copy ready format or just send us the photo, tell us what you want to say, and we’ll do the rest!
Donate Underwriting Funds: If you can’t think of the perfect gift or don’t have time to shop, not to worry! A cash donation allows the Auction Committee to purchase necessary items. Sponsorships are also available to offset to the cost of larger items like centerpieces or the cocktail hour.
Of course the most fun way to support the Auction is to attend! The Auction will include several exciting special programs to get all on their feet and bidding! The evening will conclude with the announcement of the winners of the many “one of a kind” silent and live auction items.
