Admissions
For K1 admissions, students must be 4 years old by September 30th of the year entering school. Priority is given to current school families. Admission to all grades is based on available space, a review by the principal of previous academic records, and screening results. St. Peter School admits qualified students regardless of race, color, religion and/or national/ethic origin.

AfterSchool Program
The AfterSchool Program is an adjunct program sponsored by St. Peter School, but managed separately. The hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on all days that school is in session. Activities include a variety of enrichment programs and for older students, supervised homework time.

Curriculum
Religion, Language Arts, Science, Math, Social Studies, Music, Art, Drama, Spanish in grades 7 and 8, Physical Education, and Computer Science.

Bus Service
St. Peter School is located on two MBTA bus routes from Harvard Square - route #'s 74 and 78.

Extra Curricular Activities
Student Council, Running, Boys' and Girls' Basketball, Soccer, Young Vincentians, Newspaper, Yearbook, and Altar Servers.

School Schedule
The School Day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Parents are provided with a monthly calendar that identifies vacation and early dismissal days.

Special Programs / Annual Events
Foster Grandparents Program, Pastoral Counseling, Rainbows, Special Education, Christmas Show, Catholic Schools Week Celebrations, International Night, Spring Musical, Field Day, and Science Fair.

Testing
Annual Archdiocesan Testing in Grades 2 through 8, and the Assessment of Catholic Religious Education (ACRE) for Grades 5 and 8.
